Welcome to Azureblue Labradors, located in southern Manitoba (est. 2006). We selectively breed 1-2 litters per year. We pride ourselves on our commitment to responsible breeding practices, the exceptional quality of our Labradors, and our dedication to ensuring the health and well-being of our dogs. We prioritize breeding for temperament, intelligence, and physical conformation, resulting in Labradors that excel as family pets, working dogs, service dogs and show competitors. We are members in good standing with the Canadian Kennel Club (CKC) and River City Labradors Retriever Club (RCLE)

We conduct comprehensive health screenings on all our dogs, including hip and elbow evaluations, eye examinations, heart echo exams and genetic testing for hereditary conditions, hip dysplasia, elbow dysplasia, progressive retinal atrophy (PRA), EIC, HNPK, DM, CNM, These screenings help us ensure that our puppies have the best chance to be free from genetic disorders that can be excluded by a well planned breeding.

Our Labradors are raised in a loving and nurturing environment, where they receive ample socialization, mental stimulation, and affection from birth. They are raised alongside our family members in our home, not in kennels, ensuring they develop into well-adjusted and sociable dogs ready to become cherished members of their new families.

We stand behind the health and quality of our Labradors and provide a comprehensive health guarantee that covers genetic health disorders for a specified period after purchase. We also ensure that all puppies are up-to-date on vaccinations and deworming treatments before enter their new homes.

We believe in building lasting relationships with our puppy owners and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the lifetime of our Labradors. Whether you have questions about training, nutrition, behaviour, or health care, we offer assistance and advice whenever needed. The dogs we produce are always welcome back to our home in the event that a family should not be able to keep the dog, no matter what the age or circumstance. We feel that bringing a puppy or older dog is an extremely important decision.

Our dogs come from outstanding pedigrees that we have continued to develop over the years. We are thankful for the breeders in the decades before us that have made such important contributions to the breed through the development of these pedigrees.
